Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Information:

Standard Order Processing Time: Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that it takes approximately 3 business days to process orders before shipment.

Express Order Processing Time: Express orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that it takes approximately 1-2 business days to process orders before shipment.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the selected method and destination.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your package.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

*Please note that due to high sales and order volume during new collection launches and holidays, shipping times may vary. If you need your order by a specific date, please include that in the order notes, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.*

Returns and Exchanges:

14-Day Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery in the form of store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop.idolls@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on returning the item and will send a replacement upon verification.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer store credit, which will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Store credit will be provided in place of a refund.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
